Building and Facilities Engineer

About the Role

As the Building and Facilities Engineer, you are the operational backbone responsible for the smooth, safe, and compliant operation of our head office, warehouses, and showrooms. Key duties include managing all maintenance and leading critical facilities projects.

Key Responsibilities

• In charge of overall facilities maintenance of head office, warehouses, and showrooms
• Address troubleshooting, repairs, pest control on all sites
• Coordination with contractors for works and scheduling
• Project planning, monitoring, and completion, including project presentation for approval by the owners
• Sourcing of supplier/s for projects and repairs
• Permit processing for Bureau of Fire Protection
• Supervision and scheduling of technicians
• Construction committee member to specialize in MEPFS
