About the Opportunity
Global Equity Administration:
Manage global equity compensation programs using Morgan Stanley at Work (Shareworks); administer employee accounts and long-term incentive (LTI) grants; coordinate employee share plan enrollments, purchases, sales, and dividend distributions; serve as a point of contact for equity-related inquiries. Benefits & Rewards Administration:
Administer group benefits, retirement plans, global mobility programs, wellness initiatives, perquisites, and equity plans; process new hire enrollments, terminations, and system updates; track and report taxable benefits; respond to employee inquiries with accuracy and urgency. Financial & Operational Support:
Process global invoices and reconcile intercompany charges in partnership with HR, Finance, and Accounting; support budgeting and accounts payable processes related to rewards programs. Reporting & Analytics:
