Job Summary
We are looking for a Building Admin Facilities Manager who will oversee the maintenance, operation, and improvement of building facilities across multiple locations. This role will ensure that all facilities are safe, efficient, compliant, and operating at optimal performance by managing building systems, maintenance teams, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee building facilities operations, maintenance activities, and technical services across multiple branches/sites.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure reliability and minimize facility downtime.
- Manage building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, and other related facilities.
