Build AI Operations System — Chatbot + Content Engine + Data Pipeline

We're a mid-size consulting firm looking for an AI automation
expert to build a comprehensive AI operations system. We need
three connected systems that work together.
SYSTEM 1: AI CUSTOMER SUPPORT CHATBOT
Build a RAG-powered chatbot for our website:
- Train on our knowledge base (200+ documents, PDFs, FAQs)
- Use Claude AI / Anthropic API as the primary LLM
- OpenAI GPT-4 as fallback
- LangChain for document retrieval and context management
- Vector database (Pinecone or Weaviate) for embeddings
- Deploy as website widget frontend)
- Integrate with n8n for:
→ Chat transcript → Airtable logging
→ Escalation trigger → Slack notification
→ Lead capture → CRM update
- Add Voice AI option (text-to-speech for accessibility)
- Analytics dashboard tracking: questions asked, resolution
