Bugwood Coffee is looking to hire a Manager to join our passionate, skilled and coffee-loving team! This is a full‑time position. We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about coffee but is also a motivated leader to supervise and inspire our cafe staff.

The Cafe Manager will be responsible for organizing the daily operations of the cafe. This will include scheduling shifts for baristas, covering for sick days, holiday leave, and accounting for employee breaks. Monitoring daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reporting of the POS system.
