  Budtender Reports to:

• Retail Store Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Retail Location: Moapa Pay Range: $15.00/hr Position Summary: The Budtender is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while educating patients and consumers about cannabis products.


• This role supports the day-to-day operations of the dispensary, from order fulfillment to compliance documentation, all while promoting a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to greet and check in patients, verify their status, and report allotments in the POS system.


• Responsible for providing cannabis education and guidance to patients and customers.
• Must assist customers in selecting products efficiently and compliantly.
