*This role supports contingent workforce initiatives and related staffing efforts.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Review budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable procedures and regulations.
+ Analyze budgeting, accounting, obligation, and expenditure reports to identify trends, risks, and execution issues.
+ Support development of cost estimates, spend plans, program financial summaries, and budget exhibits.
+ Assist with obligation and expenditure phasing plans and monitor execution against approved funding profiles.
+ Support financial analysis for business programs, including FMS-related activities when applicable.
+ Assist with FMS case financial documentation, case execution tracking, and funding status updates.
+ Use Navy or DoW financial systems to research funding data, reconcile information, and support financial reporting.
