BU Operator

Job Description

Perform specific back‑end semiconductor manufacturing functions in the production of semiconductor devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate test equipment and test stations for BU‑assigned products.
• Execute testing according to approved test programs, flows, and SOPs.
• Load, unload, and process production, engineering, and qualification lots accurately.
• Ensure correct lot identification, traceability, and quantity control.
• Perform basic visual inspection and handling checks before and after test.
• Monitor test execution and escalate abnormal results, alarms, or yield issues.
• Record test results, lot movement, and status accurately in manufacturing systems.
• Support BU engineers during engineering lots, correlations, and validation runs.
• Maintain ESD discipline, safety compliance, and clean work area (5S).
