BU NW Product Technology Manager

Context & Core Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain relevant tools/procedures between COE, industrialization, QC, procurement while ensuring that necessary knowledge is transmitted/acquired by the respective team


2. Monitor the progress of technology transfer for each item; validate industrial batches, monitor customer validation when relevant (specific product or specific customers); address issues to technology and provide recommendations to local teams


3. Assist production in QC, industrialization, product validation & process optimization; conduct investigations or tests to solve production and quality issues


4. Manage projects in the transfer of productions and/or processes in coordination with overall project plans
