Your key responsibilities

Client responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a very high level of proficiency in tax technical knowledge relevant to individual, trust and partnership
  • returns; demonstrate an understanding of more complex technical issues
  • Drive the tax return preparation process, review complex tax returns and other tax deliverables
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with the clients and internal colleagues
  • Explore opportunities to bring more work to the GDS and to EY by consistently providing high quality work
  • Supervise day to day operations and engagement milestones with little or no manager involvement
  • Demonstrate leadership skills in developing the highest performing teams
  • Help Senior Managers and Managers with advisory and ad-hoc projects ...
