Develop a project for a scheduled evaluation process for lean manufacturing and BRP's policy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a platform with a database, software, Power BI, etc., and the Lean Manufacturing BRO Qro system evaluation process.
  • Train team members on platform use.

  • More efficient GET and Clean Desk program management system.
  • Reduce program administration workload.
  • Improved efficiency in results reporting.
