This role focuses on servicing existing clients, recommending insurance solutions, and processing renewals. You’ll play a critical role in selling new business while maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients and provide ongoing insurance services
• Write policies and retain business clients
• Conduct outreach for new business quotes
• Handle communication with underwriters regarding policies
• Document applications and process necessary changes
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in personal insurance
• Valid RIBO License preferred
• Strong focus on customer service
