Brokerage Analyst

Job Description

Job Summary - validation and submission of the day-to-day brokerage declaration activities. They will perform defined brokerage processes and procedures, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance within internal and external standards to meet deadlines. Candidate will validate and detect irregularities and uses judgment based on regulatory guidelines along with Importing and Exporting Laws to resolve. They will conduct dialogue with customers for any technical information needed to support the customs clearance.

Job Duties

• Conduct declaration validation and submission
• Review and interpret shipping documents
• Support brokerage declaration activities by applying the regulated declaration requirement through assessing shipment details
• Communicate with customers when necessary to facilitate declaration submission
