Job Description
Transform broker training with our full-time Broker Experience Trainer/Auditor role in Edmonton. You'll provide essential underwriting and technical training related to phiX/phiX+ and ensure compliance with guidelines.
In this permanent position, you'll report to the Manager, Broker Experience, and play a key role in developing training materials to support our broker partners. You'll also be responsible for auditing the usage of our portals, coordinating training sessions, and collaborating with Corporate Underwriting to enhance our services. Your expertise will help drive improvements and ensure adherence to corporate guidelines.
