Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a network of “active” brokers.
  • Provides training (PKS), support, and performance feedback to improve skills and effectiveness.
  • Lead Manage and Hold Accountable the brokers and by:
  1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve team goals
  2. Analyzes market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and stay competitive.
  3. Coaching and managing team members.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree
  • Must be a licensed real estate broker or accredited salesperson (DHSUD/ PRC)
  • Must have proven experience as Broker Coordinator or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales, process and tool development, best sales practices, team coaching and management, talent development, and fostering a productive, team-oriented culture.
