Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a network of “active” brokers.
- Provides training (PKS), support, and performance feedback to improve skills and effectiveness.
- Lead Manage and Hold Accountable the brokers and by:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve team goals
- Analyzes market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and stay competitive.
- Coaching and managing team members.
Job Requirements
- Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree
- Must be a licensed real estate broker or accredited salesperson (DHSUD/ PRC)
- Must have proven experience as Broker Coordinator or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales, process and tool development, best sales practices, team coaching and management, talent development, and fostering a productive, team-oriented culture.
