Job Description

Loop Services is hiring driven, competitive Freight Brokers to join a high-performing team serving the U.S. freight and logistics market. This is a phone-and-relationship sales role: you'll build a book of business, move freight, and grow accounts — with earnings tied directly to your results. Sell outbound to prospect, qualify, and convert new accounts into recurring business.
• Own your pipeline and activity in the CRM with discipline and accuracy.
• Partner with operations to deliver on commitments and protect service quality.
A strong communicator in English — clear, confident, and persuasive on the phone.
• Coachable and reliable in an in-office, structured schedule.
• Prior sales or logistics experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right person.
