Job Description

ROLE 

Broadcast Producer creates estimates, generates the purchase orders, processes invoices, handles contracts/agreements, third party clearances, legal/trademark searches, estimate and process talent fees and finalizes the jobs. Works closely with Producers, Implementation Team, Creative and Finance Departments. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Open and maintain a rigid rights management operation.
  • Assist bid and review of production and editorial jobs 
  • Consultant in interpretation and implementation of all commercial agreements 
  • Review scopes of work and agreements as it relates to the project 

    • REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 4-5 years’ experience in talent and rights managers 
  • Familiar with legal and clearance issues. 
  • Thorough understanding of advertising production and social media. 
  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
