Job Purpose: To lead and ensure the accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of payroll operations in Norway in line with local legislation and company policies. The role manages payroll processes, drives continuous improvement, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders to support efficient workforce management and high service quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for Norway, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Ensure full compliance with Norwegian labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting (e.g., Altinn, A-melding).
• Manage relationships with external payroll providers, authorities, and auditors.
