Bridge Inspection Team Leader

Overview Bridge Inspection Team Leader is responsible for managing and executing bridge inspections in compliance with the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) and CTDOT Bridge Inspection Manual. This role includes supervising inspection personnel, coordinating field activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering accurate, well-documented inspection reports for inclusion in CTDOT's bridge management systems. The position involves a combination of field leadership, technical oversight, coordination with agency stakeholders, and report review.
