Brewer / Brewery Operations Coordinator – Assam (Contract Manufacturing Unit) Location: Assam Job Summary Looking for an experienced brewery professional to represent MEBL in a tie-up unit in Northeast brewery. The role will be responsible for coordinating production, central procurement, quality, inventory, logistics, dispatch and statutory compliance to ensure smooth operations and consistent product quality. Key Responsibilities Coordinate brewing, packaging and dispatch as per production plan. Liaise with Central Purchase for timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials. Monitor brewing process, product quality and adherence to MEBL SOPs. Coordinate inventory, material reconciliation and production reporting. Ensure timely dispatches and logistics coordination.
