Overview

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf – Gelang Patah, Johor

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our coffee and beverage team. Training will be provided in our Barista Academy. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays is required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred, however not required, as training will be provided in our Barista Academy.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
