Job Description

The Head Chef of a multi-outlet hotel in Nottingham is seeking a Breakfast Chef. You will be required to work five days on then 2 days off starting at 5am and finishing at 2pm. After breakfast service you will work with the strong brigade to produce dishes for the conference lunches giving you an opportunity to broaden your skills.

Requirements:


Previous experience working as a Breakfast Chef in a busy fresh food outlet is essential for this position. It is important that all chefs applying for the role have the organisational skills needed to cope with large numbers of covers when working alone under pressure.
