The successful candidate will work efficiently as part of the breakfast team in a strong and effective kitchen department of 60 employees overseeing the various outlets. 

  • Ekspedisjonshallen: An all-day dining venue offering a menu of classic brasserie favourites. Serving Oslo best breakfast to our Hotel guests and external guests. up to breakfast guests a day with buffet and A La carte. Special events, VIP groups and private cooking in Villa Inkognito our 11 room private villa.
