Position Overview As a Breakdown Roller Operator, you will play a key role in the asphalt paving process by performing the initial compaction of freshly placed asphalt. Working closely with the paving crew, you will help ensure road surfaces meet required density, smoothness, and quality standards while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
