Job Title: Bread Maker / Bakery Chef

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake different types of breads, including bread, baguettes, sandwich bread, rolls, and speciality breads

  • Measure and mix ingredients as per recipes and production requirements

  • Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proffers

  • Monitor fermentation, proofing, and baking processes

  • Ensure consistency, quality, and freshness of products

  • Assist in inventory management and proper storage of raw materials

  • Coordinate with team members to meet production targets
