The Head Baker (Bread) is a highly skilled and passionate professional responsible for leading bakery operations with a strong focus on bread production. This role oversees daily baking activities, ensures consistent product quality, develops and standardizes recipes, manages and mentors a team of bakers, and upholds food safety and operational standards. The position requires deep expertise in both artisan and commercial bread baking, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to excellence in craftsmanship.
