Job Title: Braze Analyst & Platform Configuration Specialist (Retail)

About the Role:
We're seeking a Braze Analyst & Platform Configuration Specialist to support our CRM and Marketing Tech team in delivering personalized, data-driven customer experiences. You'll help configure and manage the Braze platform, build campaigns, and ensure accurate data flows across our retail systems to enable smarter, omnichannel engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage Braze campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-App, Content Cards).
  
• Use Liquid, HTML, and basic JS for personalization.
  
• Configure Canvases, user attributes, custom events, and segments.
  
• Collaborate with Marketing and Data teams to ensure data accuracy and campaign success.
  
• Monitor Braze platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest optimizations.
