AGM - Marketplace


This role is for a brand leader who can build, grow, and scale a category while standing tall as the face of marketing.


Brand Leadership:

  • Own the brand positioning, architecture, tone of voice, and long-term brand equity
  • Define and drive brand strategy aligned with business and category growth goals
  • Be the custodian of brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints
  • Act as the confident face of marketing internally and externally


Category & Growth Ownership:

  • Own category growth strategy across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention
  • Work closely with business, product, and sales teams to drive topline growth
  • Use consumer insights, data, and market trends to unlock new growth opportunities
  • Balance brand building with performance and revenue outcomes
