Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and store performance. Analyze sales data, forecast future trends, and plan accordingly. Handle VIP clients and manage customer relations to ensure satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate sales staff to achieve targets and maintain high performance. Oversee visual merchandising and store layout to maximize profitability. Collaborate with HR to implement performance-based reward systems. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies. Work closely with Marketing to enhance customer experience and store traffic. Prepare reports on sales performance, customer trends, and profitability.
