We are seeking a talented individual to join our Brand and Partnerships team at Marsh. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Brand Specialist is a mid-level, individual contributor focused on translating brand strategy into measurable, insight-led activity across the Pacific region. This role combines end-to-end research delivery, strong analytical capability, and project management skills to drive brand health improvements and ensure consistent application of Marsh brand guidelines.

Apply and interpret enterprise brand policies to provide objective local guidance and approvals across business areas.
Design and brief market research , overseeing vendors to ensure data quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
