ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is a brand ambassador, influencing the overall health, positioning, and growth of the Pickles brand both internally and externally. Acting as a link between Brand, Marketing & Innovation, UX/UI, CX, Contact Centre and P&C teams you will steer brand direction, align work to long-term goals, and help cross-functional teams deliver consistent, customer-first outcomes.

In this role you will:

  • Apply our brand strategy, promise, personality and tone across every touchpoint—internal and external.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that lift awareness and engagement across platforms.
  • Turn research on customer behaviour, competitors and trends into practical brand strategy.
  • Partner with CX & Contact Centre to improve journeys and add brand value where it matters.
