•Conceptualize strategic initiatives and implement details of a campaign •Develop brand standards and usage guidelines •Work closely with departments such as designer, manufacturing and R&D to consult on package, POSM, and product as it relates to branding •Manage external marketing partner (eg. Advertising agencies, digital marketing, production..) •Supervise brand content & monitor brand performance & the effectiveness of advertising and other marketing activities •Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, competitor, market share and by conducting consumer research Job Requirement : •At least 4 years of experience in Marketing & Advertising, preferably at similar position. •University graduate, preferably in Marketing or Business related •Strong knowledge of Brand Management •Strategic thinking & planning abilities •Management, Negotiation, Presentation skillReady to Apply?
