Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Act as the bridge between clients and the agency through consistent and clear communication.
• Meet and discuss with clients to understand their requirements and convey them accurately to the team.
• Maintain healthy client-agency relationships through regular updates and interactions.
• Assist in identifying at-risk client accounts and support retention efforts.

Campaign & Project Coordination

• Work with internal teams to conceptualize digital/communication campaigns aligned with the client brief.
