Job Summary

Drive brand positioning insights work to feed into BPM development.

Co‑Lead People Journeys development in partnership with division marketing directors.

Lead communication (traditional & digital) testing and learnings.

Work in close partnership with IBE and Red Fuse teams by sharing comms learnings that guide communication development and media planning.

Integrate learnings from cultural/social understanding, creative development, ad performance, and MMMs (connect the dots) to form a solid posture that impacts comms development and media planning.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities Drive Brand Equity/Tracking studies (e.g., brand positioning, ownables) to gather learnings that contribute to both communication and brand positioning work.
