The Brand Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that drive consumer engagement and business growth across our core portfolio (Cleaning, Glad, and Brita). This role is responsible for orchestrating the One Demand Planning Process across strategy, execution, and optimization phases, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and excellence in delivery.

Integrated Planning and Strategy

  • Lead the One Demand Planning Process for core businesses, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless integration across media, content, and commerce.
  • Develop and drive adoption of new processes to enhance integration, efficiency, and speed throughout planning, execution, and optimization.
