Teleperformance is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support customers in placing online orders and managing inquiries via phone and email. The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, alongside a minimum of 6 months' experience in customer support.

This role requires a customer-oriented individual with strong communication skills and an ability to handle customer concerns positively and professionally. The position is based in Malaysia, Sabah, West Coast Division and encourages both new graduates and experienced professionals to apply.
