Operational Oversight

  • Supervise daily branch activities, including receiving, storage, sorting, and dispatch of parcels.
  • Ensure consistent and efficient movement and delivery of goods.
  • Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and adjust plans to meet performance goals.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Manage branch personnel — scheduling, coaching, performance monitoring, and training.
  • Motivate and support staff (e.g., admins, sprinters/delivery riders).
  • Conduct briefings or weekly meetings to align team tasks and solve problems.

Quality & Compliance

  • Make sure operations follow company SOPs, safety protocols, and policy standards.
  • Handle damaged or mis-handled items under proper procedures.
  • Prepare reports on productivity, performance, and issues for higher-ups.
