Operational Oversight
- Supervise daily branch activities, including receiving, storage, sorting, and dispatch of parcels.
- Ensure consistent and efficient movement and delivery of goods.
- Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and adjust plans to meet performance goals.
Team Leadership & Management
- Manage branch personnel — scheduling, coaching, performance monitoring, and training.
- Motivate and support staff (e.g., admins, sprinters/delivery riders).
- Conduct briefings or weekly meetings to align team tasks and solve problems.
Quality & Compliance
- Make sure operations follow company SOPs, safety protocols, and policy standards.
- Handle damaged or mis-handled items under proper procedures.
- Prepare reports on productivity, performance, and issues for higher-ups.
