Job Summary

The Branch Supervisor (SPV) is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring efficient parcel processing, delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and team productivity. This role ensures that branch targets are achieved in alignment with company standards, policies, and service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management

• Supervise daily inbound and outbound parcel activities.
• Ensure accurate sorting, dispatching, and delivery processes.
• Monitor shipment performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.

• Supervise couriers, sorters, and administrative staff.
