We are seeking a Branch Service Operations Manager to lead a team of branch operations staff and ensure the smooth running of all branch activities. You will be responsible for authorizing transactions, ensuring compliance with banking guidelines and KYC/AML regulations, and maintaining the safe custody of all branch stationery. This role requires a professional who can deliver high standards of customer service and facilitate the cross-selling of products to meet branch objectives.
