Branch Sales Manager - Retail Sales Targets & Strategy: Develop and execute branch-specific sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales personnel. Conduct performance evaluations and manage continuous training on new products and closing techniques . Business Development: Identify local market opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and drive new customer acquisition through targeted outreach and networking. Customer Relationship Management: Oversee client accounts, ensure high customer satisfaction, and resolve escalated complaints or complex service issues. Operations & Reporting: Monitor branch KPIs and prepare regular sales and performance reports to upper management. Ensure all operations comply with internal and regulatory guidelines.
