Job Description
- To perform operational duties set by the Management. i.e. Marketing Activities, Appraising, Cashiering, Western Union FLA, Ticketing, Forex, Converge and Ecpay transactions. Ensure that these transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- To provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting customers with their needs.
- To promote and sell the organization's products and services to achieved set target by the Management.
- To follow the guidelines on Cashiering and ensuring that cash balances match transaction records.
- To adhere to security protocols to protect customers, co-employees, and company. To maintain compliance with regulations, such as anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
