Branch Operations Section Head

The position is primarily responsible for overall management of branch operations. The position is also responsible for managing relationships with clients from acquisition to separation.

Responsibilities

• Manages overall branch operations
• Monitors bank sales performance
• Generates and increases bank sales portfolio
• Promotes and explains the bank products to clients
• Networks within communities to attract new bank clients
• Monitors and ensures branch’s compliance with regulatory and internal policies

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four‑year business‑related course
• At least two (2) years work‑related experience in any financial services industry
• With extensive knowledge on branch operations, bank products, and risk management
• Willing to work in General Santos
