Our client, a well-known logistics provider to the food industry established in 1943, has a great opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join their business in Launceston.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced leadership role overseeing daily transport and warehouse operations across morning and afternoon shifts. The operations manager will lead and coach a diverse team of supervisors, drivers, store persons, and pickers to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day logistics, stock control, compliance, and delivery schedules.

Responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

• Understanding and implementing HACCP, quality & food safety required within the standards and timeframes
• Implement OH&S standards and manage workers safety and workers compensation
