Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage all branch operations efficiently
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve targets
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
  • Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Report performance metrics and updates to senior management regularly
  • Handle escalations and resolve client issues professionally
  • Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a managerial or team-handling role
  • Overseas work or business exposure (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
