About the role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our dynamic team at Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of our local branch, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full‑time role with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide leadership and coaching to the sales team, motivating them to perform at their best
- Analyze branch performance data and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with the head office to ensure seamless integration of policies, processes, and procedures
