Branch Manager

The Branch Manager, Auto Insurance will be accountable for the success of the branch by ensuring all staff are equipped with the resources and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service both in branch and at partner locations (e.g. dealerships). The individual in this role will constantly think of new ways to motivate their staff, in turn boosting sales, clientele, and reputation in the community they serve. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with the Auto insurance leadership team to make an impact in people’s lives, both internally and externally.

This is an on-site role for our Metro Vancouver branches . A reliable vehicle to travel between branches and dealerships is required. Occasional travel to regional offices in the Lower Mainland and/or Vancouver is required.
