What will you do?

• Grow the customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass by developing and overseeing the retail branch strategy.
• Guide, integrate and standardise the activities, goals and objectives of Sales Consultants in line with the branch strategy.
• Lead a service delivery culture and ecosystem within and outside the branch to optimise client experience.
• Maintain day‑to‑day operations of the retail branch, including strategy development and business planning.
