Branch Manager

You will work seamlessly with the Morning, Twilight and Night Delivery Managers to support the Area Manager to ensure that the Service from your Delivery Hub is best in class. You will manage a department which is Health, Safe and Legal at all times, maximising efficiency, availability and delivering great service to our customer.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all replenishment activity is managed accurately, including space checks, that direct deliveries are dealt with effectively and that booking in is done in a timely manner.
• Overseeing that all ISOS (In Stock Off Sale) items are thoroughly investigated.
• Colleagues are trained in milk and bread ordering to ensure that all orders can be met.
• Overseeing Stock Control functions so that they are completed accurately.
• Ensuring that credit issues are investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
