Job Summary
Responsible for the overall profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch. Develops and sustains longer-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Gathers feedback as well as obtains information with regard to the market environment, client needs and competition, particularly in the assigned branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops sales and marketing strategies for the branch. Implements these strategies to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.
- Ensures acceptable accuracy level on marketing, cash and accounting operations including customer handling.
- Exercises approving and administrative authority in the operations of the branch by proper and timely approvals of various transactions, being mindful of control and compliance requirements within the bank.
- Attends to administrative-related matters.
