About The Role

ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company) is looking for a self-driven Branch Manager to lead its Noble Park Branch operations.

You will support the transition of the team and operations from Dandenong to the newly established ARC site in Noble Park. This is an exciting opportunity take the lead in driving safety, improving operational performance and creating a positive culture on site.

You’ll bring your leadership and commercial acumen to oversee daily branch activities, ensuring all people, financial, operational and safety targets are met — and exceeded.
